An underpass for traffic

The underpasses are good way to keep traffic flow going on other way a cross road. However it is a costly option to have, so cannot be built on all cross roads. But when the flow is to much and making signals result in long que of vehicles, or when a low traffic road crosses a road with high traffic volume, making an underpass become unavoidable.
